At the end of each quarter, our finance department will mail you a check with your share of the air machine’s revenue.

After installing the Excel Tire Gauge air machine at your gas station, you will be provided with the necessary credentials to access our platform. Through this platform, you will have access to a range of important information such as coin and credit card counts, the status of the air machine, the most recent transaction, and more.

To request a maintenance for the air machine, please enter a ticket on our support page. After submitting a ticket, you will receive a confirmation message or email acknowledging the receipt of your request. Within 72 hours (or the timeframe specified by the gas station), a technician will be dispatched to the location to repair the air machine.
