Important Information:
We are only able to refund purchases made in air and vacuum machines operated by Excel Tire Gauge.In case you need a refund from an air and vacuum machine operated by another company or gas station, you will have to contact them directly. We do not make refunds of machines that we do not own.All refund requests must be submitted using the form below. If you contact us via phone, email, or any other type of communication regarding refunds, you will be directed to follow the instructions of this page.
How to request a refund:
1. Fill out the refund request form below.
– Important to take a picture of the air machine or issue encountered.
– You must submit the correct address information of where the machine is located.
2. We will send you an email confirming the refund request was received by Excel Tire Gauge.
3. Once we receive your refund request, we will review the information and give you a result within 7 business days.
4. If it is approved, you will receive a check in the mail.
